Our Community Involvement

Box Elder County Credit Union truly believes in being community-minded. We’re dedicated to giving back to our community through a wide variety of sponsorship and education programs. Through financial contributions, resource donations and staff volunteering, BECCU supports several events in our community

Warm The Soles

"Warm the Soles" is an annual tradition Box Elder County Credit Union. Each year we join forces with other local credit unions to provide shoes for needy children in Box Elder County. Since it’s inception, we have raised well over $20,000 to purchase shoes for children in our community. We’re proud of the dedication and commitment from our staff and our members to make this monumental difference in the lives of the children around us.

Relay for Life

Box Elder County Credit Union staff recently formed our own Relay for Life team – “CU Later Cancer”. Together our team raised funds and donated their time to support cancer research and patient services.

Stomp the Lot

In the spring of 2007, Box Elder County Credit Union held the first high annual “Stomp the Lot” event. The parking lot dance is our way to provide youth in our community with a fun and safe event to celebrate the end of the school year while providing much needed funds and donations to our local food pantry. We know there are several worthy causes in our community, but at this time Box Elder County Credit Union cannot donate to:

Individuals

Religious or political groups

School field trips, tours, or clubs

Groups or events not in within the BECCU community
